We are always surprised by the level of creativity and exploration when it comes to our customers cooking seafood. From creating a sockeye salmon cream cheese pizza using our canned product, to a cured, pickled tuna recipe from South Africa; Our customers dazzle us every week with their unique creations.

Need some Inspiration on what to cook for dinner? We absolutely love hearing from our community and so have decided to share recipes on a regular basis here from actual customers who love to cook and inspire. Our goal is to update our blog monthly with new and exciting ideas to help others when trying to think of what to cook for dinner.

If you have a recipe or a photo of a delicious meal you have created, that you would like us to feature on our blog, please send to fishguyron@gmail.com

Today we have two special recipes to share:

Sablefish Mushroom Miso Soup by Denver from Koji Fine Foods

Sablefish Mushroom Miso Soup. This wonderful sablefish from @wildwestcoastseafoods was marinated in Koji Salt and ginger then seared off. I let it cool and then placed the wonderful buttery flakes of black cod on a bed of baby Bok Choy, Shitake and Enoki mushrooms poached in a Shiro Miso broth. A real delicate lunch soup to warm up after a morning hike on a cooled down and rainy Vancouver day ☺️ . . . . . #koji #kojisalt #salt #saltlife #umami #delicious #warm #miso #mushroom #soup #misosoup #bokchoy #shiro #grateful #glutenfree #lowsodium #nutritious #light #delicate #sablefish #blackcod #lunch #eatlocal #buylocal #vancity #yvr #yvreats #instafood #foodporn #awesome
